Architect Daniel Libeskind's design is based on two symbolic Hebrew words of the «chet» and the «yud». Made from Blue steel, the extension to the Museum should be completed in June of 2008. The structure will allow space for visual, media and performing arts, as well as 3500 sq. ft of space for educational purposes.

Spherical Mobile Office

Michiel van der Kley, has been producing designs since 1987. His latest design, Globus shows van der Kley's creativity and imagination. Globus is a multi-functional mobile office with a twist, or sphere more like it. Closed, Globus will attract the most curious of spectators, and open, it reveals its' real, creative function. Half of Globus is a comfortable swivel, seat, while the other half is a usable, adjustable table which can be used for a laptop or whatever the need may be. With hidden wheels to make Globus mobile, once opened up, the wheels are locked into place. Globus is available in a variety of shades and colors.

E-Paper Slap Bracelets

Everybody had them or at least seen 'em. Slap bracelets were usually made of thin piece of aluminum wrapped in fabric. Using the same form, Chocolate Agency came up with a mini multimedia device that snaps on with a slap. The entire surface is E-Paper and possesses all its thin, high contrast, power efficient qualities. The length can be adjusted by adding magnetic snaps to the ends. Best part is there's no recharging needed. It gets all the power it needs via kinetic energy so go ahead, go slap happy.
