Quantitative Theoretical Geography appears approaching methodology based on the logical positivismo, with changes in the scientific study focado in the reorganization it space, focus of geographic science. In the vision of Geography, and mainly, of the traditional gegrafos, until the advent of the Industrial Revolution, the studies of the space passed for an immobility, with the vision of a stop and compartimentada landscape. The spaces are globalizados and have a disorganization of values and the domain in a based way of production in the capitalism. During many decades, geography was gradual suffering modifications. In years 50, it occurred a quantitative revolution, that consisted of the paradigm change, a time that geography needed to search models, mathematical and statistical theories, assuming a more scientific character. The development of the technology of on information to the electronics, with the advent mainly of the computer and the satellite, was basic for the improvement not only of Geography, but of all science (ABREU, BARROSO, 2003. p.50). After World War II, in the 1940/50 decades of, some gegrafos search a transformation metodolgica of the nature of Geography, being directly related the space analysis, using of the mathematical logic and the logical conception of systems and models, based in instruments of scientific and rational studies.
