MacWorld 2008: iTornado eases your transition from PC to Mac
iTornado is actually an update of a PC-to-PC transfer product that came out last year under the brand Data Drive Thru, but with the rate of Windows-to-Mac switchers, there's now an omnidirectional version that works with any combination of PCs and Macs. The software for both platforms is embedded inside the retractable USB cord housing. iTornado will be available in March for $80.

Who needs Apple TV Deux or to spend an extra buck for renting iTunes movies in HD? This spring, both DLO and Creative Labs will have iPod docks that connect to HDTVs via HDMI and will upconvert standard def movies from your iPod to HD.
Apple Insider Leaks Ultra-Portable Details
An Apple insider told Wired today that the company's new ultraportable, expected to be seen in public for the first time tomorrow, has an extremely thin profile and is shaped like a teardrop when closed — thicker at the top behind the screen, tapering at the bottom behind the keyboard.
If Apple Made A Foleo
Ah Foleo, the infamous Palm Smartphone computer assistant we'll never see. Sure the hardware was lackluster and left people wondering why they would carry yet another device around, especially one so underpowered. Of course, maybe if Palm had some of that Apple magic, they'd come up with something like the iFolio.
